Reflection: I was one of the people that were organizing the run from my school and it was a great and unique experience. The run took place in a park and was an inter school event. The run took place for 60 minutes and it was quite tiring, but refreshing at the same time. This experience taught me how to do things out of my comfort zone, I am not really the kind of person that goes for runs, although I exercise, running is not something I am very fond of. This experience taught me something new about myself, which is that I actually enjoy running and that it is something that I try to do on a constant basis after the event.

Reflection: I have been working out for approximately 4 months now, it has been on and off work out, However I am trying my best to keep it as consistent as possible. Quarantine has taken a lot from everyone, but also has given everyone a lot of time to reflect, work on yourself, and fix things up. Although we are all at home, I have been trying to stay healthy at home since I don't get to do the things I would normally do in school. Working out has helped me become more confident and also reflect a lot on everything. Even though school is going on, it is online, and during these 30 minutes almost everyday, I get enough time to reflect on what I did on that day. This gives me more time for myself and to think about things and how to improve some things in me, since no one is perfect. Working out hasn't only kept me physically healthy, but also mentally healthy during stressful times as a high school student.

Reflection: I have been going for short runs while I am at home during these hard times to clear my mind. Short runs have really helped me cope with all the work that I have from school, especially during the finals week and the week before the finals to study for them. Too much of constant work is something I used to do, for example sitting continuously for 3 hours straight to get an assignment or project done, and it didn't turn out so well for me. It would cause me to stress myself out and get very tired early in the day, therefore I decided to take breaks in between of my work. One of the break during the week is when I go for a short run to clear my mind. This at the same time helps me maintain my health and also have some self reflective time. At time same time, listening to music also helps me calm down and relax, which is another adding beneficial factor to this weekly activity.
